Garrett Associates provides professional management

for regional advertising association.

1) What is a Regional Advertising Association?

Groups of franchise owners(car dealers, mcdonalds, dennys, cold stone) in a region, form a corporation. The corporation receives income from each franchise owner, usually based on their gross sales. Among the members, a board of directors is elected to oversee the advertising investment.

Directors are unpaid and not marketing experts; therefore, they lack focus and time to properly manage the multi million dollar business of the association. RAAs persist because they have the potential to create an asymmetric return on investment. RAAs hire Garrett Associates to give them peace of mind. We are partners. We are highly trusted and loyal to the group. When we do our job, the assets of the group are protected and the ROI increases.

Garrett Associates provides five unique services to achieve a turnkey management solution. We help focus efforts on objective measurements of the advertising investment and encourage the board to not micromanage the advertising. On a day to day basis, we communicate on behalf of the board to the corporate partner, members and vendors. We maintain all administrative needs. We plan, invite and host meetings. We keep everyone in sync and up to speed. When issues arise, we work to ensure it is mediated quickly and efficiently. We plan and host annual retreats. We audit all bills so the Board can focus on measuring the effectiveness of the advertising. We handle the accounting and provide transpart monthly financial reports.

Our services combined are designed to increase the ROI on the advertising investment. Along the way we add financial transparency and lighten the workload on Directors.
